Database Change Log for 2003

This log reflects changes performed by the curator. Other data additions are done on an on-going basis by the catalogers.

1. December 31, 2003: Started adding ISS006 images from 35mm film to the images table of the database.
2. September 23, 2003: The database query lists pages were given a "Quick View" link for records that have an ISD or ESC small image. The purpose of this is to provide a way to view the image without having to wait on the database. The regular link to the photo information and images table is still there.
3. July 25, 2003: The Earth From Space features lists for Cities, Earth Landscapes, Earth-Human Interactions, Hurricanes & Weather and Earth's Water Habitats were made more organized.
4. March 25, 2003: Finished adding ISD images for STS112 35mm. Started and finished adding ISD images for STS113 35mm.
5. March 5, 2003: Started and finished adding ISD images for ISS004 35mm.
6. February 18, 2003: Made the clickable map query (http://eol.jsc.nasa.gov/sseop/clickmap/) work for browsers that do not have cookies enabled. Their field choices will be ignored if cookies are disabled, but at least they will get query results rather than a "Dynamic SQL error" message.
7. January 27, 2003: Finished adding ISD 35mm images for STS111.
8. January 24, 2003: Finished adding ISD 70mm images for ISS005 that came down on STS113. Started adding ISD 35mm images for STS111. Modified the page that shows individual photograph records (photo.pl) to have navigation arrows.
9. January 23, 2003: Started adding ISD 70mm images for ISS005 that came down on STS113.
10. January 22, 2003: Finished adding ISD 70mm images for STS113.
11. January 20, 2003: Started adding ISD 70mm images for STS113.
12. January 15, 2003: A software bug that was preventing the request form from showing up for large images when the filename contained an underscore was fixed.
13. Estimated January 2003: Finished adding ISS006 images from 35mm film to the images table of the database.
