STS044-93-035: CYCLONIC SWIRL EAST OF HAWAII This image shows a
low-level cyclonic swirl east of the Hawaiian Islands. The swirl
is confined to the first few thousand feet of the lower atmo-
sphere and is very weak. The system is shown only by the low-
level cumulus clouds and would not be discernible on meteorologi-
cal satellite imagery.
