Image Caption: Baker Lake, in the heart of the Western Australian outback
(26.8S, 126E). The ridges dark brown are probably piles of dune sand.
More recent sand dunes fill nearly all the low ground. The remnants of
little recent floods have created tiny green deltaic patches along the
borders of the hills.
