The coast of Newfoundland and the Strait of Belle Isle as it appears
during winter. Pack ice and low level clouds obscure the line between
land and water. The Long Range Mountains of Newfoundland is the linear
feature in the center of the view. Below the Long Range Mountains is
White and Notre Dame Bay. Above the Long Range Mountains (towards the
northwest) is the Gulf of Saint Lawrence. T284A
