STS49-88-015, 016: Amazon Jungle Dense, closed-canopy forest
(reddish purple) containing small patches of second-growth vege-
tation (brighter red) are well-shown by the color-infrared film.
This scene was photographed through a cloud hole near the
Peru/Brazil border in the western Amazon. Frame 015 is the middle
member of a bracket triplet, and frame 016 is the lightest
member. Hasselblad camera, 250mm lens, color-infrared film.
