anyone would live here voluntarily certainly would seem mysteri-
ous from looking at this photograph. Again, as we march into the
1990's at a glacial, albeit technologically advanced pace any in-
telligent person should start to wonder just where it is we are
going... and why we ar going there...so smugly...
