Image Caption: ISS022-E-079692 (3 March 2010) --- A rugged, isolated section of coast on Carnero Bay, about 60 miles south-southwest of Concepcion, Chile, is featured in this image photographed by an Expedition 22 crew member on the International Space Station. The area includes forested hills, a couple of highways, and perhaps some cleared pastureland. The narrow beach appears to be rocky with breakers and some sediment in the waters near-shore. The small coastal town of Labu (out of frame) lies less than ten miles to the south-southwest.
